Pre-Construction
The pre-construction phase includes assisting and setting up surveys, flood elevation, septic, architectural prints, plans, and loan guidance. With this phase, we ensure constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Construction
Even though we do a vast variety of construction projects in-house, if we have have to out-source any work, we ensure the top quality subcontractors. We work hand-in-hand with many locally trusted subcontractors and we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal and keep you informed.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction. As a class-A contractor, we warranty our work for a full 12 months, starting the final day of completion.
